Furnace start up. Cycled system. Checked electrical connections and clamps. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked incoming gas pressures and outgoing gas pressures. Checked for gas leaks, none found. Checked venting, ok. Checked pressure switch safeties and limit switches. Temp rise is normal. System operating normal at this time. Job complete.
Performed 1st year furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Checked the furnace heat exchanger. Cycled the furnace. Checked the motors for proper operation. Cleaned the drain line. Checked the gas pressure and performed a combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time. Looks like the air conditioner will be due for its cleaning in April. An air conditioner cleaning is recommended to maintain the warranty and the efficiency of the unit.

Was here for a furnace cleaning. Performed preferred customer furnace clean. The heat exchanger looks old and rusted. No co in the airstream. Inducer motor bearings are worn. Completed furnace cleaning form. Furnace is running at this time.
No heat. Cycled system. Blower and ventor motor run but no ignition. Checked high limit, ok. Checked and jumpers rollout switch, system fired. Reset rollout switch, system cycled. Office will follow up after checking with the warranty company about possible part replacement. System operating normal at this time. Recommend full cleaning of system.
