Completed gas furnace and AC replacement. Disconnected the old furnace and removed it. Set the new furnace on blocks and reconnected the gas, electric, pvc vent pipes and the ductwork. Placed a new cased coil on top of the furnace. Installed a new Daikin One thermostat and connected it to the furnace. Recovered the old refrigerant charge and removed the old AC. Set the new Daikin Fit AC on a new pad and after flushing the lineset reconnected it to new coil and AC. Pressurized the lineset with 500 psi nitrogen to test for leaks. We run tested the furnace but will need to return in spring to do the AC start up procedure when it is warmer. I was here to replace the ignitor in the pool heater. I removed the failed ignitor and installed the new ignitor. Cycled the pool heater multiple times. The pool heater is operating properly at this time.
Replace leaking pvc fittings. Flushed out hydronic system with the hydrofill and took a water sample to compare to pre cleaning sample. Added protector into system. Rechecked loop field numbers: .975 antifreeze level and 14 gpm. All systems operating properly at this time. Thanks Brad
replace pool heat exchanger and purge out the lines start up and test all joints we worked on and everthing is operating properly Talked to the customer about getting a cleaning done on the geothermal. Performed cleaning on the geo and tested all components and electrical. Compressor and capacitor are good but the contactor is pitted and burned and we have to check warrenty. Geothermal unit is operating properly at this time. The filter is pretty dirty I didn’t have one with me so we should check with Jeff and see if he wants us to put it in or drop it off. Thanks Brad
I performed the geo clean and tune. I changed the filter, cleaned the drain. I checked the water level in the flow center, it was good. I checked and tested the electrical components, they are all working properly. Wiped out the unit. Cycled the geo unit and tested the performance. Unit is producing 42,000 btu of cooling which is good. Geo unit is operating properly.
Performed a cleaning and tune-up on the furnace and air conditioner.
