Ac not maintain temp over the last few days. Customer said unit runs but loses temp in the middle of the day. 22 degree split inside and when I went to go outside to inspect the unit i found the coil plugged up with dirt and cottonwood. Rmoced hail guard and cleaned the coil. Recheck pressures, high side pressure dropped by 50 psi. This should help in cooling the house now that the condensers and reject the heat outside. System operating properly at this time. Highly suggest yearly maintenance on both ac and furnace. Thanks Brad If you could fill out a quick survey on how I did today I would greatly appreciate it.
