Installed (4) Honeywell total connect cameras. Two cameras in the house and two cameras on the exterior of the house. Installed (2) motion detection\dimmer switches. Added one spotlight. Installed one pull chain light.
Completed installation of Venmar K7 ERV. Hung the unit from the floor joists next to the Geo unit and water heater. Disconnected the old insulated flex for the skuttle which will no longer be used and attached the flex to the intake of the ERV. Ran a new 6†flex to exhaust the ERV to the exterior of the home. Ran 2 4†uninsulated flex runs to separate areas on the return air duct to facilitate the exchange of indoor and outdoor air. Ran a condensate drain tube from the ERV unit to the floor drain. Interlocked the fan on the existing Geo unit to come on when the ERV does in order to circulate the treated air better. Run tested the new ERV for proper operation. Replace thermostat and run ductwork for indoor ac. Installed ductwork for ac. Vented out the side of the house. There is currently a prestige thermostat and cannot be replaced with a t6 WiFi. A redlink gateway needs to be installed. I removed the #8000 thermostat & modem & installed a T6, 3heat/2cool Wi-fi thermostat, re-wired and added a lyric leak/temperature detector and linked both to Keith's wi-fi and his phone. Checked operation of the geo system and answered Keith's questions. All good at this time. Keith would like a soft start kit for his geo unit due to light dimming issues. I quoted him $839.00. Keith requested that this be installed ASAP.
