We had a small emergency with our A/C on a Saturday, during one of the hottest days of the summer, and they came out quickly and fixed everything! Amazing service and professionalism! Highly recommended.

Performed the level 2 AC cleaning. No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant pressures were normal. Subcool was 8Â° with a 17Â° temp split. Unit is cooling properly.
Was here for a air conditioning cleaning. The air conditioner is 19 years old. Cycled the air conditioner. Found a bad capacitor in the electrical. All other electrical is original to the unit. Cleaned the air conditioner. Checked the refrigerant levels. Found that the air conditioner is running low on r22 refrigerant. Failure in the near future is expected. Recommend getting a quote on a new unit. Office to call to schedule a second opinnion.
Replaced two non grounded receptacles with GFCIâ€™s. Installed four new receptacles in upstairs bedrooms. Did not install fan per homeowner. Will need to return to replace door chime kit.
Ac not cooling very well, customer said it iced up the other day. Used refigrent sniffer to try and locate a leak before starting the system up. Couldnâ€™t find any leaks inside or outside. Started up the ac and checked refrigerant charge, unit is low by about 2lbs. Talked to customer about repair vs replacement, and mention that replacement is the better option. The unit is 26 years old and the furnace is older. She needed to talk to her husband about it. Highly reccomend service manager, Dan, coming out to preform a second opinion. Performed AC clean and tune; inspected the condenser electrical compartment and tested components compressor did tested weak, i then sprayed down the condenser with coil cleaner, cycled the system on and checked pressures and temps 28 degrees of superheat with 23 degrees of sub cooling with the evaporator coil sitting at 31 degrees. This system appears to be low on charge future failure is expected. Due to age, condition, and cost to repair I highly recommend replacement of this system. Due to the â€œelectrostatic filterâ€ in place I am including a quote for an electronic air cleaner to bring better airflow to the system as well as to bring the levels of particles down in the home. Ac start up. Checked wiring at furnace terminal strip. Ok. Checked breaker to ac condenser, on.mchecked two wire to condenser, found it not wired. Wired in two wire to condenser. Found condenser blue and yellow wire insulation worn. Corrected and checked it, ok. Pulled system into vacuum. Pulled down to 324 microns. Dropped charge and cycled system. Added refrigerant and tested system. Adjusted fan speed to yellow to increase split. Added 18.5 oz of refrigerant to this system. Split was 18. Subcooling was 12. Indoor coil temp was at 39. System operating normal at this time. Job complete.
Ac check. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, no strong indications of a leak found. Instructed customer on how to used electronic air cleaner and replaced media pad. Placed drain cleaning tab in condenser drain pan to clear all drain lines. Cycled as unit. Checked pressures and temps. System is slightly overcharged. Subcooling was 10 and super heat is 0. Outdoor temp is 58. Customer is having work done on the exterior of the home and contractor had ac removed and reattached by a different contractor. Temp split was 14. Recommended full ac cleaning after exterior work is completed. System operating at this time. Job complete.
Performed preferred customer air conditioning cleaning. During the cleaning. I found a worn capacitor and bad compressor windings. Presented this to the customer. The customer will wait until the air conditioner goes out to replace it. The air conditioner 15 years old. The average life expectancy of an air conditioner is 14 years. Failure is expected. The air conditioner is still running at this time.

Found exhaust clamp tightened down at an angle causing the exhaust to leak moisture down the inducer motor pooling up on the filter side of the box. I was able to correct this connection and we are no longer leaking water. Job complete NO CHARGE
Performed AC check; sniffed the indoor coil for possible leaks, inspected outdoor units electrical compartment did find the contactor showing signs of age, also tested out the compressor which did test out in the caution zone, checked pressures and things seem to be okay considering the lack of a load. I highly recommend getting a clean and tune done on the system so we can spray down the outdoor condenser and check pressures when itâ€™s warmer. Job complete
Performed preferred customer furnace start up. Checked over the furnace installation. Found that the 90 degree elbow on th exhaust is leaking water. The pipe is 2 1/2â€ pipe. Office to call to schedule an appointment for an installer to come repair the leak. Cycled the furnace. Set the furnace gas pressure. Took a temperature rise and set the fan speed. Performed furnace combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Came out to do the quarterly maintenance. Filters are replaced and unit is heating properly.
Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Cycled the furnace. Checked the motors for proper operation. Performed furnace combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Completed Gas Furnace replacement. Disconnected and removed old furnace and then set new one on blocks in its place. Reconnected the gas, electric, PVC vent pipes, and duct-work to new furnace. Installed a new Thermostat and connected it to the Furnace. Run tested the furnace, but will still need a technician start up.
