Great service. Great communication start to finish!

Did a great job explaining my options, ordering and installing my air conditioner, in a very timely manner. Communication from start to finish was accurate and informative, very helpful in understanding my options. Air conditioner was installed and is working properly. A few years back you installed my furnace, very happy with both installations. Thank you!

awesome technician!

Dan was our technician, and I can't say enough good things about him! He is so personable, and did a great job. He explained things well, and worked hard to make sure I knew what all my options were. He also went out of his way to have me talk to another member of the Black Haak company to see if replacing my furnace would be a better option. Dan understood when we couldn't afford that right now, and didn't push us to go beyond our budget. He was a really great guy!

Time Delay Relay for UH was replaced. I reconnected the electrical and cycled the unit heater. The unit heater is heating normally. He would like some prices quoted to have maintenance done on both of his unit heaters.

12/7/18. Removed old furnace. Installed new temp star furnace. Connected new metal on top to attach furnace to duct work. Reconnected the electrical and thermostat wires. Hooked the venting back up to furnace. Ran new drain line from coil and furnace to drain hose that was going through wall. Hooked the gas back up to the furnace. Started furnace and it is running and draining as it should. Thank you for choosing Black-Haak for your heating needs.

Igniter is in very poor condition. Burners are very rusted and damaged. System is in very poor shape. Checked CO and XS air in exhaust. XS air is high at 198. Clogging secondary heat exchanger.

Burners and flame sensor are cleaned off, but showing signs of wear. Combustion analysis test was normal. No CO in the airstream. Found rust in both furnace compartments. I completed a level 2 preferred customer cleaning on the tempstar A/C. I used coil cleaner on the outdoor unit and checked all of the electrical components, everything is good. The refrigerant charge looks good. The filter needs to be changed, the 20X25X4 filter that is in now is very dirty and will cause issues with the system if left. The office will follow up to see if we should get a filter.
