Performed furnace and AC start up; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, sniffed the gas line for possible leaks, cycled the system on and checked gas pressures and did make adjustments on both stages, as well as performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. I then cycled the AC on hooked up gages and added 1 pound 6oz of R410 to bring the subcooling up to 18 degrees with a 19 degree temp split. These systems are currently operating normal. I was also able to adjust the downstairs office registers closed for the summer and also balanced other dampers to push more heat to the main bedroom. I am including a quote for an electronic air cleaner to bring the levels of particles in the home down and for better airflow for the furnace. Job complete
Completed Gas Furnace replacement. Disconnected and removed old furnace and then set new one on blocks in its place. Reconnected the gas, electric, PVC vent pipes, and duct-work to new furnace. Installed a new WiFi Thermostat and connected it to the Furnace. Run tested the furnace, but will still need a technician start up. The Office will follow up to schedule a technician to return to do the Furnace efficiency startup, which is required for warranty purposes. Installed A/C leveled it and set it on a new pad.
