Woke up to no heat. Black Haak responded and arrived within 45 minutes. Evan quickly determined the problem. Luckily we were under warranty and the necessary parts were replaced. Preventive parts also were replaced under warranty. Great job!

Performed AC clean and tune; inspected the electrical compartment and tested components capacitor did test weak, sprayed outdoor condenser with coil cleaner, cycled the system on to check pressures and temps while doing this the system completely shut off with the contactor disengage (no low voltage) I was able to bypass the thermostat to finish up checking pressures on the system. Will need to replace the capacitor in the near future. No cool need to revisit. Job complete

Remove old boiler and install a new high efficiency boiler. Reuse old indirect tank and add a buffer tank in between the boiler and the zones. Install new boiler components and purge out the whole system. Prefom the start up. The new boiler is operating properly at this time and job is finished. Thanks Brad
Performed a preferred customer furnace start up. Checked over the furnace installation. Cycled the furnace. Set the furnace gas pressure and took a temperature rise. Performed a furnace combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked exchanger, ok. Checked, removed, and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked and tightened electrical connections and clamps. Cleared drain lines. Preformed combustion test and found normal levels in exhaust. No co found in airstream. System is operating normal at this time. Job complete.
We would like to complete a walk through with our installers prior to install to go over any areas of the ceiling we would need to have opened up for access to the round pipe. 1-21-20 Completed install of duct to replace the wall stack in the wall being removed. Removed 2 six inch pipes from main duct in basement and then removed the wall stack from wall between dining area and living room. Installed duct in Place of the 2 6†runs and routed it up through first floor to the underside of the second floor and reconnected the 2 round pipes that supply upper portion of the home. This system is well over that time period. Failure is expected. Parts for this unit will be difficult to find. Second opinion is recommended. Job complete.
Was here for a service call concerning a gas leak. Found that wee energies was here for an inspection and flagged the gas piping to the fireplace. Took pictures of the gas line to the fireplace. Office to have Jeff look at the pictures and contact wee energies to see what needs to be done.
