Brad did a great job!!!
Hunter and Gary did a nice job. Very easy to talk to and were on time.
I appreciate a phone call indicating Evan was 20 minutes away & followup with a text with his personal info. Evan introduced himself at the door. Evan checked out the furnace & explained what needed to be done. Great customer service. Evan was extremely polite. Great experience!! Keep up the good work!
BOTH TECHNICIANS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. ANSWERED QUESTIONS WITH EASE.
super job done with the electric outlet
Easy to schedule, on time, knowledgeable technician.
Waiting for problem to be fixed
Great service as always
Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 47°. The transition assembly has a small crack in it. I recommended replacing before the crack gets bigger and causes water damage. Average life of system is 12-15 years. Furnace is currently 16 years of age. Future life expectancy cannot be determined. Unit is heating properly at this time.
Smart gas valve needs replaced Inducer motor has rust and bearings are failing Circuit board has some water damage No money collected, second opinion requested. Dan en route
Furnace not heating it tried to start but no flames. Inspected the unit and found the igniter not turning on. Checked voltage 120 volts to it and ohmed it out and it is open. Pulled it out to inspect it and found it cracked. Talked to the customer about the options. Replaced the igniter and cycled the furnace and everything is operating properly at this time. She wasn’t to schedule a cleaning for the furnace in November. Office will call to make that appointment. Thanks Brad If you could take a few minutes and fill out a quick survey on how I did today I would greatly appreciate it
Furnace not heating policy will light but not the get a signal that it’s on. We energies just replaced the meter on the 10th. Cleaned the pilot and got the furnace to work highly suggest replacing the furnace. Office will call Monday to set up a time for dan to come out and take a look at it on Wednesday. Furnace is operating properly at this time Thanks Brad If you could take a few minutes and fill out a quick survey on how I did today I would greatly appreciate it.
Furnace not heating burners will turn on but no heat locked out on code 2. Inspected the unit and found the burners where plugged up with rust and the flame sensor was dirty. Cleaned them both up and evething is operating properly at this time. Highly suggest getting the u it cleaned. It’s been 2 years and the system is 12 years old. Customer is getting a cleaning done on they furnace and the office will call to make they appointment. Thanks Brad If you could take a few minutes and fill out a quick survey on how I did today I would greatly appreciate it
Performed a preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Checked the furnace heat exchanger. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Checked the electrical. Cycled the furnace. Performed a furnace combustion test. The furnace is 14 years old. The average life of the furnace is 15 years old. The furnace is running at this time. Found a worn igniter in the furnace. Went over with the customer that it is nearing its life expectancy. The customer is interested in a second opinnion with my supervisor to get repair vs replacement options. Office to call to schedule an appointment.
Performed the level 1 furnace safety check. Heat exchanger looks okay, no cracks located. However, it did fail the smoke test. After the combustion test was done, we determined the issue is in the secondary heat exchanger with usual wear and tear. Combustion readings were higher than normal, but, nothing dangerously high and no CO detected in the air. Recommended we return anually for inspections and cleanings. Unit is heating properly and safely at this time.
Pkg clean and tune. Customer upgrade to pkg clean and tune. Cycled furnace. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Removed, checked, and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked wires and tighter clamps. Cleared drain line. Normal levels of XS air and CO found in exhaust. No CO found in airstream. System operating normal at this time. Ac clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Normal tests of capacitor and compressor. Contactor operating normal. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Subcooling was 11, indoor coil temp was 40, indoor cooling was 17. Both systems operating normal at this time. Job complete.
Gas Furnace Cleaning
Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Checked the furnace heat exchanger. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Checked the electrical. Cycled the furnace. Performed a furnace combustion test. The furnace is 6 years old. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. High limit passed the safety check. Heat rise was 57°. Unit is heating properly.
The drain line was leaking water. The drain lines were very dirty and one fitting was plugged up. I put all new drain lines on the furnace, A/C, and humidifier as well as replaced the fitting that was plugged. The system is draining normally.
Performed the level 2 package cleaning. Furnace: Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Inducer motor had excessive moisture that was causing it to not run at full capacity. We cleared out the moisture and everything is running properly. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was normal. Subcool was 9° with a 17° temp split. All equipment is operating properly.
Performed preferred customer air conditioning cleaning. Checked the indoor coil for leaks. Didn’t find any leaks at this time. Cleaned the condenser unit. Checked the electrical. Found that the compressor is ohming in the caution category. The customer will do nothing at this time. Cycled the air conditioner and checked the refrigerant levels. The refrigerant levels are good. The air conditioner is running at this time. The air conditioner is 12 years old. We will just monitor the compressor windings at this time.
Preformed furnace c+t Removed and cleaned burners and flame sensor then reinstalled. (No oxidation) Checked filter (good). Left new one. Checked igniter (preforming well at this time) Checked ignition sequence (good) Checked safety systems (flame sensor, pressure switch, high limit) Checked and cleaned blower motor Inspected electrical circuit board Checked and adjusted gas pressures (now 3.5 wci) Checked furnace drains (good) Checked CO2 in flue and in airstream (all levels at normal) Restarted system Furnace and controls working well at this time Completed
