Very Pleased!

Hunter showed up on time, in uniform, and work van. He explained everything he was doing prior to doing it. I am pleased with the work and will call back for a yearly inspection. I was also very impressed with the lady who answered the phone. Very courteous and friendly. I was scheduled the next day, which was also impressive. Everywhere else I called said "well, we could probably squeeze you in sometime in July." Thank you!

Completed AC replacement. Recovered old refrigerant and disconnected and removed the old condenser and coil. Installed a new evaporator coil in the plenum above the furnace. Set the new condenser on a new pad where the old unit was. Flushed the refrigerant lines and then brazed them to the new units. Pressurized the lineset with 500 psi nitrogen to test for leaks and then evacuated to 500 microns. Released the new refrigerant charge and did a complete start up procedure. Thank you for choosing Black-Haak Heating. Please take a moment to fill out our online survey.

Came out for a leak search. I found a leak at the 5/8” elbow by the indoor coil. Photos were taken and uploaded. We will have to come back for the repair. AC was low on refrigerant. I had to add a pound to keep everything running. Office will call to schedule the repair.
