Performed preferred customer air conditioning cleaning. Checked the indoor coil for leaks. Didn’t find any leaks at this time. Cleaned the condenser unit. Checked the electrical. Found that the compressor is ohming in the caution category. The customer will do nothing at this time. Cycled the air conditioner and checked the refrigerant levels. The refrigerant levels are good. The air conditioner is running at this time. The air conditioner is 12 years old. We will just monitor the compressor windings at this time.
