Replaced the capacitor checked the antifreeze level, found it it at .980. I added the loop conditioner and topped it off the ethanol. I let the system form for 10 mins and checked the flow gpm was a 8 so I bumped the pump speeds up to 12 gpm. And recheck the the anitfreeze level, .978. Checked heat of extraction 7 delta t 12.5 gpm system is operating properly and efficiently at this time.
