This is the quote for installing a new furnace in the rental property Completed the gas furnace replacement. Disconnected and removed old furnace from the attic and put new one in its place. Reconnected the gas, electric, ductwork and vent pipe. Installed a 4†chimney liner to properly vent the furnace to the exterior of the home. Installed a new T4 thermostat.
