Hunter was very knowledgeable, excellent communication skills and a pleasure to work with
Pleased with how quickly you came....and my dog is very happy he isn't hearing that noise any more! Service was professional and thorough. Mike checked the other detectors as well and took out the locking pin so that I can change the batteries myself if need be.
I would recommend Black Haak. They are very professional, helpful and through. Julienne, Evan Devin and Dan were all great! Thanks for the great work.
We both agree that Julian is a great representative of Black Haak. He was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We would be pleased to have him service our furnace & fireplace on a yearly basis.
Black-Haak installed my furnace and AC when I built my house. I've had them maintain and service my system ever since and have always been very pleased with their expert knowledge and quality of service. Their pricing is very fair and they are very honest up-front about the cost of things. I know I can rely on them and will be a lifetime customer! The technicians are VERY friendly and helpful, they are great to work with!
Bill and Tim did a great job doing some correction work on our installed HVAC system. They were professional, personable, conscientious.
Dan did a very nice job and answered any questions that I had.
Sorry for the confusion on this. Please give a call with any questions! Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Checked, removed, and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Checked and tested igniter, tested normal. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked and tightened electrical connections and clamps. Cleared drain lines. Preformed combustion test and found normal levels in exhaust. No CO found in airstream. System was very dirty and it is recommended for yearly maintenance on this equipment. Unit operating normal at this time. Job complete.
Performed a preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Checked the furnace heat exchanger. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Checked the electrical. Cycled the furnace and performed a furnace combustion test. No issues with the furnace at this time. Changed the furnace filter and the hepa filter.
Fireplace clean and tune. Cycled system. Cleaned walls, log, and glass. Cleaned ignition system. Re lit pilot and cycled system. Unit operating normal at this time. Job complete.
I performed the furnace clean and tune. The furnace is operating properly. I left a spare filter as well. We will return to complete the air conditioner cleaning in the spring.

I reset the filter alert on the thermostat. Customer purchased a fireplace and AC cleaning. We will call to schedule.
Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger is heavily rusted and chipped, however, no cracks located at this time. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. High limit passed the safety check. Heat rise was 42°. Unit is heating properly.
System problem. Customer stated that the furnace was short cycling. System would turn on for a min then cycle off. It repeats this over and over. This has been happening for the last few weeks. I checked filter. Filter was a bit dirty, but ok. Cleared drain line and checked drain trap. Cleared pressure switch tubing. No obstructions found. Cycled system and unit failed after a min with a pressure switch code. Removed intake venting pipe and cycled again. System ran for over 15 mins. Recommend furnace clean and tune. Recommend leaving venting off until cleaning. System operating at this time. Job complete.

Need install crew to return to rerun air intake at furnace. Currently above burners and gas valve. Move it to side of furnace. Upon arrival the furnace would not light. Found that the gas valve was bad due to water damage. Had the office run out the new gas valve and replaced it under a warranty. Performed a preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the unit. Cycled the furnace. Checked the gas valve and performed a furnace combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Looked at fans that were loose. Found both fans had loose screws. Put washers on the screw heads so they wouldn’t pull through the bracket slots and tightened the screws for both fans.
