Brad said he was smelling a rotten egg smell by the boiler. He shut the gas off to the boiler and water heater. I performed a gas leak seaman’s found the gas valve in the boiler has a gas leak. I shut he gas off for the boiler. The gaskets for the pump are leaking water. The vent damper motor is bad as well and the damper is in the manual open position. The boiler is about 25 years old and is pretty dirty. I recommend looking at replacing the boiler. The service manager will come out to quote new boilers. Service manager will collect any charges at that time.
