Dan answered all my questions and was very honest about my situation.
Found that the broken part was under manufacturer's warranty even though the furnace was installed by another company 4 years ago. Saved me $200. Great service! Thank you!
Thank you to Black-haak and Corey for exceptional service.
Replaced damaged AC panel. Furnace start up. Cycled system. Checked electrical components and clamps, both tight. Checked incoming LP pressure. Found pressure to be 11.25. There is the water heater and furnace that are LP in the home, as of now. This pressure may cause issues with it being lower than recommend for full operation of both pieces of equipment. Set outgoing pressure to 9.5 IWC. Checked venting. Customer had water leaking from exhaust venting. He fixed it himself with no more leaks at this time. This was existing venting not installed by us. CO and XS air in exhaust was normal. No CO in airstream. Temp rise was 45. System operating normal at this time. Job complete.

No heat upon arrival system was tripped due to a closed rollout switch. I was able to reset the switch and got the system up and running. I did perform a combustion and got over 3000ppm of Carbon monoxide out of the exhaust this sytem is not safe to operate at this time. Highly recommend replacement of the system. Job complete NO HEAT
Completed Gas Furnace replacement. Disconnected and removed old furnace and then set new one on blocks in its place. Reconnected the gas, electric, PVC vent pipes, and duct-work to new furnace. Installed a new Thermostat and connected it to the Furnace. Run tested the furnace, but will still need a technician start up. The Office will follow up to schedule a technician to return to do the Furnace efficiency startup, which is required for warranty purposes. Thank you for choosing Black-Haak Heating. Black Haak will need to upsize the main gas pipe from 3/4†to 1â€. This will bring your gas line up to code and ensure all appliances will run at their peek performance. Upsized incoming main gas line to appropriate size. Reconnected all gas lines. Piped new generator. Checked for leaks and relit all appliances.
Performed first year furnace cleaning; started by inspecting the exhaust and intake pvc ensuring all connections were glued, next I cleared out some blockage from drain line, I replaced 16x25x1 filter, next I removed and cleaned burners along with the flame sensor, then i cycled the system on to check gas pressures found 1st stage at 2.9 Inwc and found second stage cutting off as soon as it would engage. I adjusted 1st back down to 1.9inwc, and found a loose wire going to a pressure switch. Lastly performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the air stream. This sytem is currently operating normal at this time job complete

Normal levels of CO in exhaust as well as normal levels of XS air. Furnace operating normal at this time. AC. Cycled system. Checked electrical compartment. Contactor showing signs of ware. Compressor tested normal. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found super heat and sub cooling at 0. Head pressures were up to 350 psi. Coil temp was 50. Cleaned condenser with coil cleaner and re checked pressures and temps. Sub cooling was 18. Super heat was 0 with a coil temp of 30. System is low on refrigerant. Split was 13. Average life of this system is 14 years. This system is 24+ years old and in poor condition. Due to age, condition, and cost to repair, second opinion is recommended. System failure is expected.
