Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. High limit passed the safety check. Heat rise was 57°. Unit is heating properly.
Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, found some rusting and corrosion in all chambers. No visible cracks found with camera. Checked p, removed, and cleaned, burners and flame sensor. Checked igniter, tested ok. Checked and tightened electrical connections and clamps. Cleared drain lines. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Preformed combustion test and found normal levels in exhaust. No CO found in airstream. System operating normal at this time. Job complete.

Inspected and adjusted the logs. Cleaned the glass. Added in new embers. Cycled unit. Fireplace is heating properly.
Performed a preferred customer furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Checked the furnace heat exchanger.
Removed original 4â€x10†box that was too deep and replaced it with a more shallow one that doesn’t protrude past framed wall on unfinished side. Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger has rust and chipping. Unit did fail the smoke test, however, there were no cracks located and the combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. High limit passed the safety check. Heat rise was 47°. Unit is heating properly. When we return for the duct work, we will need to bring a 213 upgrade kit and filter.
Performed preferred customer furnace start up. Checked over the furnace installation. Cycled the furnace. Set the gas pressure and the fan speed. The furnace is running normally at this time.
Performed the level 2 AC cleaning. No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was normal. Subcool was 8° with a 17° temp split. Unit is cooling properly.

Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. The unit is showing signs of wear. Heat exchanger is very rusty and chipped. I performed the heat exchanger smoke test and had a lot of back draft. No cracks located and no CO detected in the air at this time. Ventor motor, burners, and flame sensor are all starting to wear out as well. Average life of system is 12-14 years. The unit is currently 14 years of age. Due to age, condition, and cost to repair, second opinion is recommended. Furnace is currently okay to run, however, we cannot garauntee how long it will be safe and we can’t give any sort of life expectancy for the future.
Performed AC and Furnace start ups; connected low voltage wires to condenser, released nitrogen from system and dropped charge, had to add 12 ounces of 410 refrigerant to the system to bring sub cool up to 9 degrees. System is currently operating normal and cooling at 20 degrees. I then cycled the furnace on checked/adjusted gas pressure, performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream, inspected exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured. Due to the amount of dust inside the furnace i am including a quote for an electronic air cleaner to help bring the down the levels of particles in the home for better air quality as well to relive strain on the system. Performed preferred customer air conditioner cleaning. Did not find any issues with the air conditioner at this time.
Performed level 2 furnace cleaning. I found the drain trap was leaking. Part was replaced under warranty. No more leaks or standing water at this point. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Gas and exhaust levels are normal. No CO detected in the air. Heat rise was 42 degrees. Unit is operating normally at this time.
