Performed AC and Furnace start ups; connected low voltage wires to condenser, released nitrogen from system and dropped charge, had to add 12 ounces of 410 refrigerant to the system to bring sub cool up to 9 degrees. System is currently operating normal and cooling at 20 degrees. I then cycled the furnace on checked/adjusted gas pressure, performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream, inspected exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured. Due to the amount of dust inside the furnace i am including a quote for an electronic air cleaner to help bring the down the levels of particles in the home for better air quality as well to relive strain on the system.
