We called Saturday, made a follow up call Monday, and a tech was out here Monday afternoon. Kevin was very friendly and explained what he was doing. The initial call was about 1 issue, but he uncovered the ultimate source of the issue to prevent it in the future.

We have a commercial building and was having an issue with the HVAC not cooling properly. I had never used Blue Hat Mechanical but gave them a call, I could not have asked for any better. Laura answered my call and was very helpful, she schedule a time the same day and Technician Curtis responded. He was extremely professional and polite and had our issue repaired within 30 minutes. I will surely be using their HVAC and other services as well going forward.
