Excellent Service !!!!!!!!!

Bryce gave excellent service, nice, polite, and kind. He kept me informed of what was going on with the AC. Made sure that the AC was working before he left.

Suggested for OFFICE AHU BHM14260 ARUF25B14AA 1609320312: UNIT NOT RUNNING -found aux pan full and safe t switch pulled out of its fitting -cleared drain line and returned switch to it’s fitting -pumped water out of pan and through drain line to ensure drain is clear and draining properly -system is running properly at this time

Suggested for Manufacturing BHM07873 Process Chiller EMO Oberflachentechnik Vaiocs-S 626207: Returned to site in response to possible leak from flare connection at filter drier - System recently started going off on high temp, customer noticed oil from filter drier flare connection - Leak checked system and picked up leak from top flare connection of filter drier. - Isolated drier and pulled small amount of refrigerant - Replaced filter drier as precaution - Straightened pipe, oiled threads and tightened down connections to drier - Pulled vacuum between drier and receiver to 220 microns - Opened valves to system - Leak checked all connections and braze joints again with customer, no hits found - Restarted system and weighed in 7 pounds r404a - System running with 8 degrees subcool and cycling properly System cooling at this time.

Suggested: AKG Responded to call of process chiller not operating. Customer diagnosed failed compressor prior to arrival. - On site technician was pulling refrigerant out of system on arrival - System supposed to hold 21 pounds of refrigerant, on site technician pulled out 44 pounds of refrigerant.. - Tested compressor to find it pulling 109 amps on start - Compressor pulling locked rotor amps and needs to be replaced - Customer acquired compressor and I began prepping system for repairs - Cut line set below site glass and filter drier and observed the line was full of pellets from internal of filter drier. - Leak sealant and dye has been added to system by customer - Blew line set out with nitrogen after removing TXV - Checked strainer of TXV and reassembled - Removed filter drier, added ball valve below drier and sight glass - Torched in new sight glass and flare connections for filter drier - Provided customer with spare filter drier that will most likely need replacing in the n
