Pizzeria contacted Blue Hat Mechanical when their walk in cooler was at 55 degrees. Check evaporator coil and condenser section, found compressor in bypass mode and condenser fan not running with voltage supplied to it. I installed a new condenser fan motor. I checked temperatures of cooler at 42 degrees. I shut it down and installed new 50 watt motor. Unit started to drop in temperature and was fully operational when I left.
