Deficiency for Kitchen BHM08658 AHU Carrier NA NA: Arrived and checked in with Christopher and inspected old thermostat and equipment that it controls. Replaced thermostat with t6 pro and setup parameters. Both condenser units are controlled by one tstat behind the counter. Removed panels and inspected evaporator and blower motor. Condenser on right side (BHM 08660 *SECOND STAGE*)has a vibration that can be seen and felt. It appears as though the vibration is from the condenser fan motor or fan blade not balanced. Vibration and rattling is more of an annoyance instead of a mechanical problem. It’s possible it could be an early sign of fan motor starting to go bad. Left side condenser (BHM08659 *FIRST STAGE*): annoyance rattle is present. 32 degree air split across the condenser coil.
