Customer requested maintenance. Scheduled appointment. Upon arrival performed maintenance. Cleaned out drain line, washed down condenser, checked electrical connections, amperages and temperatures. All within manufacturer’s specifications.
Customer reported no cool. Compressor not starting and was making loud noise before it shut off. Compressor ordered. Next day appt. Recovered refrigerant. Nitrogen purged system while un-brazing compressor. Removed compressor and installed new compressor. Nitrogen purged during brazing in compressor. Pressure tested. OK. Evacuated system. Recharged with new R410A refrigerant. Reconnected power after replacing capacitor. Started system and checked operation. Operating properly
