Customer requested preventative maintenances. Checked operation in cool/fan modes. Checked amperages, temperatures and electrical connections. Cleaned out drain line and treated with algicide tablets. Checked operation of Mini Split. Washed down condenser. Systems working as per Manufacture specifications
Performed maintenance on mini split system and package unit. Checked temperatures and amperages. All within specifications. Cleared out drain lines and treated with algaecide tablets.
Requested supply air duct be replaced. Also requested that maintenance be performed 4/02/2024 Removed defective duct and installed new duct with Y. Sealed all connections. Tested connections once system was turned on. Working as designed
MINI SPLIT AC System Startup After installation. System needed to be pressure tested. Made minor repairs to system pressure lines. Made minor repairs to electrical connections to system .After these correction system started and began cooling.
Customer reported AC system not cooling. Scheduled same day appointment. Upon arrival found defective dual capacitor. Removed defective part and installed new dual capacitor. Restarted system and tested operation. Normal operation.
RHEEM Customer reported no cool on RHEEM Air Condition System. Scheduled appointment. Upon arrival found off. Found condenser fan motor not spinning freely. Defective condenser fan motor. Removed defective part and installed new motor and capacitor. Started motor and checked rotation and operation. Normal. Condenser amperage 1.69 amps 1 Condenser Fan Motor / Capacitor
Customer reported no cool. Only blower running. Scheduled same day appointment. On arrival found system off. Turned on. Blower started but condenser did not. Alarm code on condenser board showed open circuit. Checked all electrical connections. OK. Checked thermostat and identified it as being problem. Thermostat had lost its program and was not running in heat pump mode. Reset to correct setting. System started and began cooling properly.
