Upon completing the diagnostic, I found that the system is very low on refrigerant and evaporator coil is froze up, I let the ice melt down and continue with leak detection, Found an oil stain in the middle of evaporator coil, could not confirm with bubble soap due to system being low on the refrigerant, offered customer option for replacement. Hped customer to apply for financing which got approved, they will choose a plan tonight with his wife and proceed with installation/replacement.
