Customer called about the tankless on the left throwing a code 11. Rinnai, so we took off the door and watched to see if it was trying to flame up. Nothing.... usually this is consistent of the ignitor or the pc board so we are ordering both and will also clean out the burner assembly and change these parts when we return. Please confirm pricing with customer before ordering.
