Ken and team did a fantastic job. They sent me text on their way out with photo so I could connect with Ken before we even met. They stressed their COVID-19 readiness to practice good practices. They showed up on time and operated efficiently and safely. They were done. They wiped down the limited areas they came in contact. Then they smiled covered the invoice where they signed in my behalf and then they said good by and were gone. Now we are on Natural Gas and loving it. Well done!!

We had our home converted to natural gas here in the Commons. We were notified when the techs were headed our way...they came on time...were friendly and competent. Nick, Jeremy and Ken were awesome and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Nic was not able to place a grounding wire on the water heater because he did not have one. However, he set up an appointment with the electrician to come the following day to complete the task.

We converted from propane to natural gas and received great customer service from the office to the field techs. They installed two new water heaters and changed out the orifices in our dryer and central heat.

Completed conversion of the stove in the kitchen. Upon arrival gained verbal approval for the work.
Came out today to conduct a propane to nat. Gas conversion on the tankless water heater and we also changed out the other conventional water heater from a propane to a natural gas tank water heater. (40 gal. Tall) all went well we tested the tankless and was producing hot water but sometimes on the tankless if it senses an air pocket in the gas flow it can turn off and throw a code. In this case all would need to be done is to unplug and plug unit back in and push the power button.
Run a 1 ¼†galvanized pipe from the stub out under the window (just under the eave) across and over to the pool heater. Bradbury Brothers will not connect to the pool heater, need to have pool heater tech for conversion and testing valve is left off. Replace 50 gallon lp gas water heater over master with new natural gas water heater and pan with new flexes and sediment trap. Replace 40 gallon lp gas water heater over kitchen with new Natural gas water heater and pan with new flexes and sediment trap. Water heater are lit and operational on natural gas.
Converted both fireplaces and center burner of the stove. On the front left burner manufacturer sent us the wrong orifice although Mrs Mitchell found the original orifice and I was able to use that one and get the stove operational again.
Converted tankless water to natural gas. Along with both furnaces and set proper pressures. Was not given proper parts from manufacturer for the stove conversion. Office ordered correct parts they will arrive in 5-7 days.
Came out to look at what it takes to conversions over natural gas on the home. They are not going to convert the backyard pit over to nat. Gas. But will need a line to the pool heater and we are giving an estimate to run a line from the larger line in the attic to the heater outside. The customer is going to change out his own water heater so we need to figure out the cook top, fireplace, furnace, and a gas line to the pool heater. Also the pool heater itself will need converted...
We have two furnaces and two water heaters. Gas main coming in is 1â€. Customer is interested in conversion kit for water heater. At very least the newer 2017. Water hardness is 8. Various code upgrades on both heaters. Customer had discussed with ac tech about replacing furnaces. Also about changing out venting for water heater in garage area.
Toilet is not flushing. Diagnose and find toilet is clogged. Snake toilet and clear blockage. Toilet is now flushing properly. Notice toilet is old. Recommend replacement Kohler Comfort Height elongated toilet.
Install gas regulator for the generator and connect to generator with stainless steel flex
Returned to get model numbers and serial numbers for furnace and stove top. Gathered info for fireplace too.
Returned to complete Furnace conversions. Installed regulator springs in gas valves and set both furnaces to proper 3.5†WC for natural gas. Mr. Henry asked if I could look at a light that has burned out and he can’t change. I took pictures of the light to get with our electrician.
Replaced 2 50 gallon propane water heaters with new natural gas water heaters. Install new shutoff valves. Install new pans under water heaters. More parts required for furnaces. Also need to install regulator for generator. Ac tech installed stove top parts to convert.
Hot water heater not heating. Diagnose and find rust and corrosion on water heater. Hot water heater should be replaced. 18 year old American Standard water heater. Recommend replacement Rheem tank water heater, or Navien tankless water heater. Average water heater life span is 8-12 years old. Install new Rheem tank water heater with new pan and test for functionality. Recommend Gemline water softener to protect new water heater from hard water damage.
