Professional service !

I recently had an issue with my o line thermostat service that resulted in a significant increase in my settings. The system had switched to heat pump bit wasn't showing that setting on my thermostat screen. As a result I I couldn't turn off the heat. Eventually I ended up turning off the whole HVAC system. The next morning I contacted Bradbury Brothers..and was totally pleased with their quick response and resolution of this issue. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have been overall pleased with the services etc. they have provided to us.

Response from Bradbury Brothers Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical:

Thank you, Carl! It is never fun when your HVAC system starts having problems - especially in Texas! We are so glad to hear that Mario and the rest of our team members were able to get you taken care of quickly. Thank you so much for your continued support of Bradbury Brothers.

Overall great service !

Not completely satisfied with the small service fee that was charged because this was a follow up request for a previous call that was not resolved. Still, I highly recommend Bradbury Brothers and their service over the years have been excellent !!

Homeowner worried about water heater making popping noises when no water was being used. Shane was out last week and flushed out. Explain to homeowner that that is not a permanent fix and it might not work to keep the noise down. Also explain to homeowner the reason each came on we nobody was using the water because the temperature outside dropped the temperature in the tank low enough for the thermostat to kick it on. She understands now on way to meet noises without being used. Also noticed upstairs guest bathroom sink was really slow draining due to AC condensation. Gave estimate to snake out. Homeowner has scheduled for next Thursday to snake it out and do home inspection.

Check water heater in attic. Customer wanted heater flushed. Also noticed the heater was taller than the original and whoever put it in just pushed exces vent pipe out roof and did not lower the storm collar. Flushed water heater and cut down vent pipe where storm collar can do its job.
