Replaced condensate pump on server room mini split system. Replaced with blue diamond condensate pump. Checked operation of the pump. Unit is currently back up and running at this time.

AC Diagnostic System:server room Filter Size(s) daikin mini split filters Returned tstat to original settings: Y Unit operational; prior to leaving: Y Notes: Upon arrival,checked in with Rich and he directed me to the server room. Located mini split unit. And found float switch had shut system off and was actually stuck on the top not letting system come back on. Got the float un stuck and filled with water. Pump came on but was not pumping water past the siphon. While putting system back together lower pump and shortened the length of tubing between pump and siphon and pump started to drain water normally and stopped. Once the float activation switch lowered again. Explained that if this is an ongoing issue, recommend installing larger capacity condensate pump to avoid further issues. Temperature split is currently 18.6 degrees between return and supply air. System is operational Before departure and also tested with water 3 times to make sure pump was actually draining water and

Unit: RTU 10 Replaced the low ambient pressure switch on the high pressure side of the line set. Tested to make sure the fan would kick on after 450 psi and cut out at 250 psi. Low ambient switch is operating as it should at this time. Power has been restored to the unit after repair. Unit has been returned to operational state.

Heater has a burning smell. Heating repair and maintenance tune up. Diagnose and perform annual heater maintenance service plan on Ruud heating system. Clear drain lines and check furnace on 11 year old HVAC system. Heater maintenance complete which will help lower heating cost for this residential customer. Evaporator coil is leaking. Recommend replacement evaporator coil, leak repair, or new Comfortmaker air conditioning system. Heating system is now ready for cooler weather.
