Came out this morning to conduct the plumbing home inspection annually, noted that there was hardness and chlorine damage detected in the home on Aerators, kitchen sprayer head tub spout in guest bath, some of the showers were hard to turn, and notify the customer that they should have their softener checked out by the pier the manufacture and installer.We are giving estimates to address some of the issues in the home that they are aware of and they will most likely give us a call after they replace the salt with the better stuff I suggested.Other than things noted drains water piping piping in the attic and everything else checked out.These estimates given could change if customer contacts Moen and since pictures of the fixtures and gets the parts themselves then we can revisit the estimates accordingly.
