Arrived to the Powels residence in complete the estimate for the inside entry light. At this time there is no need for a follow up call.
Came out today to change parts on the burner assembly but rheem sent a box of stuff without the pilot assembly. We are getting them to send the correct parts back out and will be back when they get here.
Arrived to check stopped up master lav drain next to toilet. Removed ptrap and clog was in ptrap and drain arm coming out of the wall. Clean out trap and drain arm. Sink is now draining properly. Flushed with lots of hot water. No answer on second call to Donald

Kitchen sink was backing up slowly. Had a partial blockage showed home owner the cost of running machine and they accepted . Ran machine down the line all 75 ft. Pulled cable back and filled sink multiple times to check for issues. Found none and sink was draining good
Follow up diagnostic from last night. 135/364 psi 46/109 sat 49/99 lt 3/10 shsc Cleared drain line. Clog moved to the master bath sink. Need plumber to clear drain. Plumber scheduled this afternoon.
Came out to investigate a water leak that appears to be on the water main. After pumping out the water from the meter box we watched the digital read from both the neighbors meter and our customers and we saw no movement and noticed water seeping from the city side and would recommend the city looking at their end to see if the yolk is leaking possibly. Without movement it doesn’t seem logical to dig the customers line up. They will keep us posted on the situation. Customer paid with the card on file no follow up at this time.
Came out today to conduct annual plumbing inspection included with the plumbing membership. The plumbing really looks great, all toilets in good operation, all drains nice and smooth, no questionable leaks seen, and no visible corrosion. No suggestion to be made today it was a good check up.
Drain line blocked on the small unit, left side of the house. Leaking into the emergency pan and draining into the side yard. Was unable to reach Mr. McCracken to get permission to address the issue - the original objective was to just shut the unit off. That is what I did. Breaker on air handler in the off position.
AC Diagnostic System: upstairs Notes: Customer wanted us to come out and give a quote on a new coil. Unfortunately Lennox offices are closed already so would have to have the office check tomorrow to see if it’s under warranty if it is we can give them pricing on a warranty coil +5 pounds of refrigerant if all 5 pounds of refrigerant are not used we can always takeoff what we didn’t use on the price. If it is not we will recommend a comfort adviser for the unit. Customer had other guy add refrigerant and die test that he found it leaks all over the coil that’s why he knows there is a leak in the coil he will be comparing our prices and his prices to see which one he goes with whenever we send them a price. Arrived to the Vasilyeza residence to look at the wiring located by the inside ac unit. While I was there I put a cover over the open hole and put a sleeve over the wire. I also cut back the damaged wire and installed new wire under the breaker. At this time I do not see a reason to do a follow up call.
