Arrived on site and met with customer went to attic and inspected ductwork and HVAC unit. Found water in the emergency drain pan coil and supply Plenum were sweating. Got static pressures total external static pressure is .76, ductwork is undersized causing high static pressure. Checked drain line outside water is in the pan water is not draining all the water out of the pan, the pitch needs fixed.

We came out today to look at the customers water heater. We gave pricing on changing the gas control since it wouldn’t Light or changing it out for a new rheem. The customer went with a new heater and we got it changed out in a timely manner. The customer now has hot water again and is pleased with the service. Also is signed up for comfort club again and would like it 5 months out same time of day with a warning call.

Arrived to check hall shower is not operational, customers have taken apart and could not fix it. Replaced moen positemp cartridge and reinstalled trim. Shower is now operational. Checked leak under kitchen sink found moen sprayer hose was loose to the head and leaking back through the faucet into the cabinet. Tighten hose up and no other leaks found at this time. Customer showed me the master Roman tub that was not working and has not for a while. Cold side valve body is ruined and will need to replace the valve, existing trim can be reused on new valve. Referred to Conroe tile works to get 4 pieces of tile off so we can get access. Estimates will be provided to replace pex Roman tub valve. Conroe tile works 9365399431

We came out today to remove the old water heater and install a new 40 gallon electric in the attic to be rid of the sulfur smell, we ran the master tub for a little while completely letting out all the air and we did not smell any sulfur in the water which indicates most likely the problem is solved. The old water heater was probably about 14 years old so this is a good thing to have it changed out. Also as a courtesy we fix the master drain that we had previously quoted To help sweeten the deal ,customer is now signed up for Comfort club and would like the inspection three months out at the same time of day. No follow-up needed at this time.

Checked sink upstairs not draining. Tried to snake out drain multiple times and realized that it was a jack and Jill bathroom and the cable was just running to the other sink. Cut vent in attic and snaked out drain. Sinks are now flowing properly. Also let customer know that there was paint going down the drain and it should not be going down. Showed customer ac drain maintenance pipes in Attic so he could start maintaining the lines.
