Diagnostic Batteries in thermostat low - replaced with batteries provided. System low on r410a. Charged 2 lbs r410a 121/326 psi 40/101 Sat 16/10 shsc 57/91 lt
Customer had us out today for a backed up sink in the master bath. AC condensate line is tied into this sinks drainage and caused the blockage. Ran hand top and cleared blockage. Filled and drained sink multiple times to test for functionality and leaks, everything is working as it should at this time. No warranty on drain cleaning. Recommended to customer to fill the sink with hot water and drain it once a week in the summer and once a month in the winter to help keep the line clear. They should do this in addition to using bio one. Also, customer wanted pricing on replacing the pop up assembly in both sinks and to replace cartridges on the other sink in the master bath.
Checked low pressure at kitchen, too loose hoses and faucet and put back together and is now working properly, must have knocked debris loose. Found leak on left basket strainer, replaced with new strainer. Checked no cold water on hall tub valve, tub valve is old style price pfister with after market handles. Handle adapter is loose and stripped on one side. Also the diverter stem will not come off and not diverting properly. Recommend replacing all stems with new style ceramic disc stems and new trim for 3 piece price pfister faucet. Estimates will be provided for repairs. Also need estimates for34 by 34
Heater not heating. Heating repair and maintenance tune up. Diagnose and perform annual heater maintenance service plan on Bryant heating system. Install compressor saver and check furnace on 9 year old HVAC system. Heater maintenance complete which will help lower heating cost for this residential customer. Recommend Air Scrubber to prevent mold and harmful particles from contaminating air in the home. Heating system is now ready for November weather.
Hot water heater making noises. Diagnose and find leaking gas control valve. 12 year old Rheem water heater. Recommend replacement Rheem tank water heater, or Navien tankless water heater. Average water heater life span is 8-12 years old. Install new Rheem tank water heater with new pan and test for functionality. Recommend Gemline water softener to protect new water heater from hard water damage.
