Fast service and fair price

Great communication. Called and asked if they could come early. Showed up, promptly assessed the situation, gave and estimate and fixed it on the spot. Will use and recommend again.

gross negligence or unconscionable action

After the Bradbury technician examined my compressor - condenser unit, I declined the offer for repair due to very high cost of a simple condenser replacement. BTW, They insist on using a more expensive Turbo capacitor rather than a standard capacitor. All a Turbo does is provide multiple hookup points to attain the capacitance you need rather than a capacitor with a single correct rating. Easy for them but makes it much more expensive for the customer. The technician departed and left the capacitor wired incorrectly which I found out from another HVAC company I hired to dope out why a new capacitor I installed and wired as the original was left by Bradbury. I hired the other company because Bradbury wanted me to pay another service charge to return to trouble shoot this problem. I have given Bradbury notice that I will be pursuing legal remedy under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act. They have not responded so I'll be moving forward trying legal action. My advise: Stay far away from Bradbury HVAC. I would give a rating of zero star but the form will only work if you give it at least one star.

Arrived to the Paz residence to look at a GFI not working. I presented the estimate to repair the GFI which she approved. While I was there I also reset two GFI‘s in the garage which restored power to the outside plug on the back patio. At this time I do not see a reason to do a follow up call.

Mini split for server room. Found multiple pin hole leaks in the copper drain line that goes up to the roof. As soon I fix 1 hole I find another. I have found 4 holes total with the 4th being above the ceiling. I don’t want to fix that one, the. Leave only to have a ceiling damage problem. I would like to return with a 50ft roll of 1/4 inch ID tubing and run new tubing from the roof to the mini split. I have spoken to Rene and she will get pricing and availability on mo day. For now I have the unit draining into a bucket. Rodger said he would watch the bucket and empty as needed until we can return. With this being the server room we can’t have this unit down.

System was newly installed. They asked me to look at it because it wasn’t cooling. I found the unit had non condensables in the Freon. Recovered all the old refrigerant. Pulled vacuum again to 500 microns and recharged with 7 pounds all new refrigerant.
