The Plumbing repairman arrived at the time scheduled, and promptly diagnosed the problem with our leaking sink. The repairman inspected all the sink drain pipe and fittings and the water supply valves and faucet connections. He quickly made the repair and then carefully checked the sink to ensure there was no further leakage.
They pretend to be profesional and honest but they are a big disappointment. I call to request an AC filter change. As simple as that. First they came and told me they did not stock filters then send me the info on the filter so I could order it myself. They told me they will come back and change it for free, they did try to charge but finally they did not, the problem is that they email me the wrong filter spec. I need to return the first one I order, order the new one and they will kindly come back for a 98 dollars fee.
Arrived to ac leaking when it’s running. Found condensate drain is not tied in direct and leaks when water is poured through. Cut out ptrap under unit in return plenum. Install new ptrap and extend piping down from unit. Retested with hot water found plumbing vent to be stopped up. Went in attic and cut vent pipe and snaked drain. System is now draining properly and tied in correctly.

Went outside to check electrical and checked capacitor first. Immediately saw that capacitor had blown out, checked for mfs and found that compressor side was dead, fan still had power which is why she was still seeing the unit “runningâ€. System is still under parts and labor warranty so installed a turbo 200 as replacement and informed customer no charge was needed at this time due to warranty. System is now cooling and running within manufactured specs.
Main line outside of building was not having any water come out. Ran big machine up the line until all water came flowing by. All water drained and toilets had no issues flushing.

The pan looks to have dropped over on the decking but I’m currently not seeing any ceiling damage. I spoke with Mr, Clayton over he phone and he approved installing blowout valve to clear the lines, removing the water from the drain pan and adding a pan float switch to shut the unit down if this happens again. I then proceeded to do the recommendations. Unit has been returned to operational status after the repair. Recommendations:

Couldn’t even go into the room where the water damage is in but from what he said a light fixture had water dropping down. Looked at both ac units and found no water in the pans or in the primary line set. Couldn’t check sinks all I was able to check was the primary lines, pans and I checked the Duct leading to the room To see if it was sweating or wet on the inside and found no traces of water. Could not see if there was more lineset since that room drops down and also has insulation. Asked customer if I was able to go into the room and he said no that it didn’t matter if I went in there because there is no water there at this moment. Customer also did not want to sig
