Notes: customer said the unit is working fine but he had someone is his attic and he told him his uv lights are not working. Customer was worried his air scrubbers were not working again so he called us out. Went to attic and found that air scrubbers are operational. The lights that are not working are the sanuvox lights those have to be replaced every year to keep coil sanitized or they will burn out customer had them installed June of last year so it has gone over a month. Recommended replacement of sanuvox bulbs and customer approved both lights are operating at this time. Recommendations:

Ask customer if some has been up there lately that could of turned that light off or maybe bumped into it. Customer said no and that we were the last ones there. Let customer know if we were the last ones there the unit couldn’t have been working since then. Pulled evaporator coil from cabinets and replaced the primary drain pan. Reinstalled evaporator coil and reconnected drain lines. Mr Dsouza didn’t want to give me his card info to collect payment for work performed on the last visit. He said he’ll call the office to make payment.

Walked around and did a carbon monoxide check. Was reading 0 ppm throughout the house. Found no gas leaks. Shane also replaced the smoke/Co detector that was taken down yesterday.

We came out because the customer was complaining about a gas smell in the home and we ended up finishing the roof termination to the tankless and giving the whole house a pressure test to make sure there were no leaks. We also soap down every fitting that we can get to and flex to double check everything. We did notice that the fireplace had not been relit and some gas could’ve escaped from that if the gas control was malfunctioning, but we now have the fireplace relit all the appliances working correctly. There was one cover monoxide detector going off in a strange location not close to any appliance so we did remove that for the customer to change the battery out and reinstall it later when everything dissipated. We will also have the master plumber do a wellness check in the morning to reinsure The home is completely safe but the smell is gone and the house is properly aired out so we believe it is currently safe too and have it. Definitely no charge for the call today.

We came out today and removed both the conventional water heaters in the attic and all the components with them and installed at 12.5 GPM Navien Tankless water heater. We have the water back on the tankless is working great and the customer paid with the card on file. The only follow up needed is our roofer to go by and punch out the termination on the roof and we need to schedule that with the customer.

Customer had us out today for a clogged kitchen sink. Ran sink machine through clean out under the sink. Hit a blockage about 20’ in. Ran cable an additional 20’. When we pulled the cable back it was coated in grease, which is most likely the cause of the stoppage. Quoted for camera if issue occurs again. There is no warranty on drain cleaning.
