Jim with Bradbury Brothers was extremely knowledgable and so very easy to talk with. A true professional.
I'm not disappointed in Ernest, but I am disappointed that the unit is not performing as intended. I spent over $15,000 on this unit and I was told that it would be sufficient for my building. The unit cannot keep the temp below about 78 or 80 degrees during the afternoon. Ernest told me that someone would contact me and I haven't been contacted.
I'm very pleased with the job that Jim performed in making the electrical connection to the new HVAC unit that was installed by Bradbury Brothers. Jim was very prompt at arriving at the time agreed upon and did a very nice job. Thank you
Henry was courteous, and explained about the features in my system he checked.

AC Diagnostic System:main Control for surge protector are no longer functional, will need to have surge protector replaced tomorrow. Bypassed the surge protector to get the unit operational tonight . Nobody will be home to replace the surge protector, so if we are needing to drop the temperature for any reason Sam asks that we call him so he can control it by phone.

We came out today to conduct the annual plumbing home inspection. We ended up giving an estimate to replace the cartridge in the upstairs guest bathroom tub, replace the angle stops and supply lines in that same bathroom sink because they were polybutylene and most likely will one day be a serious issue, and to replace the supply line on the Toilet in that bathroom because it’s a problematic product and not recommended. Also gave an estimate to the customer to replace the water heater because they know it is all then near the end of its life expectancy but assured them we will be replacing it with the same quality rheem Product. Other than that the house looks great no serious issues to bring up to the customer and they will call us when they’re ready to make these repairs.
Came out today to give the customer pricing on changing out the water heater in the garage. Customer okayed the estimate and we went ahead with the work. The customer now has a new 40 gallon electric water heater installed with a pan. Customer paid with credit card no follow-up needed today.

The unit is upflow and the secondary drain port to the coil was capped off so water was overflowing in the primary drain line going through the blower and existing out of the seams of the bottom of the furnace. Homeowner authorized fixing drain line to have secondary port drain into the emergency drain pan. Explained that there was a large amount of rust on the coil and there is a high chance of primary drain line getting clogged again. When recording unit pressures, found the suction pressure low for
