He provided terrific service and I will use Brown Heating and A/C company for every air-conditioning need I have., and I will tell all of my friends! David Monk is my technician and he always shows up on time, takes his time servicing my heating & cooling unit, is super friendly and obviously cares about his customers. Before I started using Brown, servicing appointments were always a hassle and felt like a waste of my time. But not anymore! I enjoy seeing David & know that he is taking great care of my equipment so it can live a good long life.

Maintenance on a Lennox heat pump system
Performed cooling maintenance at customer’s house, checked systems for proper operation in cooling mode. Cleaned condensers, checked refrigerant charge, took delta t, systems were functioning properly at departure.
Arrived to install 2 WiFi thermostats on 2 dual fuel systems. Configured thermostats and tested heat, coil and emergency heat. Recommend maintenance on both systems due to upstairs outdoor unit being extremely dirty. Both systems function properly at this time.
Arrived at customer’s house to perform cooling maintenance as per service agreement. Cleaned condenser, checked drain line, tested for proper operation in cooling mode, took delta t, system was cooling at time of departure
Arrived for no cooling call and to perform cooling maintenance. Found drain line stopped up clear drain line and tested system clean coils checked motors capacitors and amp draws and connections. Pressures were good and delta T was 20. System functions properly at this time.
