Brown, Heating & Cooling Technician, Oliver Kessels, arrived at my residence to perform a regular check up of my system per my maintenance agreement with them. As luck would have it, my unit had also stopped working. Mr. Kessels went right to work and found that I had a breaker problem that prevented my heating unit from working and made a few recommendations to me. Mr. Kessels is a very hard, diligent and courteous worker, as are all the other BH&C techs that have been to my home in the past years, and I appreciate their work. It is a good feeling to have a company who consistently cares about their products and their customers. And thanks to Mr. "Oliver" and the Good Lord, I had heat again within 2 hours! I am still amazed and so grateful!!!

It was a pleasure to have Chad visit my home to service my air conditioning unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Arrived at customer’s house for no heating call, found that breaker was burnt and unit wasn’t supplied with electricity, customer needed a new breaker and unit was operational.
