As always, the service rep was punctual, courteous and addressed any questions that I had. He performed the maintenance in an efficient and competent manner. It always impresses me that they put on shoe covers before entering. To me this is an obvious demonstration of their recognition of the importance of customer service. Thank you, Brown H&C.
