The plumbing is fixed and works properly, however I was charged $99.00 for diagnostic service which I did not need. I had to request a copy of my invoice 4 times before I finally got one from the accounting office to see what I had been charged for. The technician took a picture on my phone of the invoice on his Ipad but I could not read it. The technician should have the capability of leaving a hard copy of the invoice with the customer at the time of service so if there is a question about the service it can be addressed at that time.
Warranty part on order. ETA 3/14/18. Follow up necessary upon job completion.
Service man very courteous and good at explaining what he was doing.
It is always great to have BTAC help us sort out our plumbing problems!
