He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. The only issue I had was trying to get the appointment set up in your office. I was advised on a Friday Morning that they would call me within 24 hours and I did not here from anyone until Tuesday and only after I called the company back on Monday Afternoon.

I use a home warranty company and put in a request around 11PM and at 8AM my phone rang offering an appointment that very afternoon. I'm complicated to communicate with since I can't have my cell phone at work AND my son would be the person at home for the repair. In the past, OTHER companies have called the wrong numbers which resulted sometimes in delayed or missed appointments. The technician was courteous and fast. My disposal was repaired when I got home. Upon inspection I found that the 12” supply line was leaking. Replaced supply line. Checked for leaks. OK Toilet Repair: Fluid Master. Upon further diagnosis on the hallway bathroom toilet I found that the fill valve wouldn’t shut completely off. Replaced fill valve, adjusted float for proper operation, checked for leaks and proper operation. OK Toilet Repair: Supply Line. Upon inspection after replacing the fill valve, I noticed that the supply line was leaking. Replaced it with a new one, checked for leaks. OK. Checked water pressure and it is 75psi.
