I use a home warranty company and put in a request around 11PM and at 8AM my phone rang offering an appointment that very afternoon. I'm complicated to communicate with since I can't have my cell phone at work AND my son would be the person at home for the repair. In the past, OTHER companies have called the wrong numbers which resulted sometimes in delayed or missed appointments. The technician was courteous and fast. My disposal was repaired when I got home. NICE JOB!
