Kitchen Sink Trap Repair/replacement Upon arrival the customer stated that something under the kitchen sink was leaking. Upon inspection I found that the drain lines were leaking in 2places. Repaired the drain lines, checked for leaks. OK Garbage Disposal 1/2 Hp Replacement Upon further inspection I found that the 1/2hp garbage disposal was leaking from underneath. Replaced it with a new 1/2hp disposal. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK Misc Work Completed Upon replacing the garbage disposal, I told homeowner about the new recommendation for the proper way to do the electric for garbage disposals. This is to have an electrical box under the sink so the garbage disposal can be plugged in to a outlet just in case the garbage disposal switch breaks and can’t turn disposal off. Homeowner decided to have it done. Installed a 2X4” electric box with grounded outlet. Then installed a plug in cord on disposal. Once done, plugged in disposal and checked for proper operation. OK
Plumber, plumbing, Toilet Repair : Fluid Master. Upon arrival the customer stated that they were getting water spots on ceiling in the downstairs dining room when ever they would use the tub. Upon inspection I opened up the drywall, (15X16”), looked at the tub drain area while the water was on and didn’t see any water coming down. Flushed toilet 3-4Xs, and there wasn’t a problem with it. I did notice that the fill valve was leaking from underneath the tank, not bad but just enough to notice. Replaced fill valve, checked for leaks, adjusted the float to match the fill line in tank and checked for proper operation. OK

Plumber, plumbing, Water Heater Repair : Lower Element Replacement. Upon arrival I was to replace the lower element on a Rheem 40 gal electric water heater. Removed old element, put new element in, checked amp draw and got 18.45amps. Water heater is working properly now.
