Plumber, plumbing, leak repair, faucet repair. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had water leaking under the hallway bathroom sink. Upon inspection I found that the bathroom faucet had gotten a leak in the body of it. While replacing the faucet, I also found the supply lines were leaking also. Replaced faucet and supply lines, checked for leaks and proper operation. OK

Replaced contactor, unit started right up with the new contactor. A/c Leakfreeze Sealant Only 1.5oz. Since the system was low on R-22, I added leak sealer to unit. R-22 Home Warranty Refrigerant Per Pound Once unit was running for a while the pressures were low, 55-210psi. Added 1lb of R-22 to bring pressures up to 73-220psi. System is working properly now.

Upon arrival customer stated that when the plumber was there that the Gerber tub handle was stripped out. Had to order a new handle. Since it took longer than normal, the stem got chewed up. Replaced the stem with a new one. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK. Miscellaneous Materials. The call was for replacing the Gerber hot tub handle. Handle that was ordered was the wrong style. Went to hardware store and got the right one. Installed the new handle, checked for proper operation. OK.

Upon diagnosis I found that the garbage disposal was jammed and wouldn’t free up. Replaced the 1/3hp garbage disposal with new one. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK.
