Plumber, plumbing, tub repair, faucet repair. Tub Spout/Diverter Replacement. Upon arrival customer stated that their upstairs hallway bathroom tub was leaking into the kitchen ceiling. Upon inspection I found that the tub diverter was worn out and letting water out the spout as much the shower head. It was also pushing the water through the back of the diverter causing the water to go behind the wall. Replaced the diverter, checked for proper operation. OK. Since it will take a while to make sure that it’s not letting water go behind the wall, the homeowner will keep a lookout for any more water stains on kitchen ceiling. Water pressure is 70psi.
