Top Notch Service

Alex answered all questions and walked us through his review and pointed out things we should look for between visits like cottonwood drifting seeds in the outside air conditioning grid. He liked our idea of putting fishing netting to cover the grill which lets air inside and captures cottonwood and other drifting particles in the air. He has our top rating.
