First and foremost, everyone I have dealt with at Burkhardt has been very nice. The problem I have been experiencing ever since the new AC unit was installed has been very frustrating. The unit freezes up. Finally, after several techs have come out to survey the problem, Chris has solved the problem (I think). It was actually something so simple that a little consumer education would have resolved the issue years ago. I had never heard of a "Merv 8" filter. Apparently, I was using a "Merv 11" and the air wasn't flowing through properly. I wish I had been told this when the A/C unit was installed instead of having to clean up a few floods in the basement and paying over $500 on a warranted product.
