Ricardo was very professional and helpful. He was careful with our property when replacing the water heater and did a great job! He also explained the problem with the water heater to us and answered questions patiently. One thing that could be improved was the main office’s communication with Ricardo. I was out of the house and called the main office to tell them that I accepted the estimate and e-signed it, but they did not communicate that to Ricardo.
