Furnace turned on but wouldn't blow heat. Called right when they opened and Chris was at our house in less than an hour. He was able to diagnose the issue. He had to leave to get the part, but came back and finished up quickly. He also answered all our questions of their various services before he left. I didn't like the price tag, but it's not necessarily a value issue, just I didn't want to spend my money on that today.
