The process of getting a generator could not have been easier. Chris came out, we walked and discussed exactly what we wanted out of a generator. He recommended the perfect size. He did tell us there would be a 6-8 week wait for the installation. They came out and installed the generator, set up the wifi options for us and showed us how it worked. Everything worked perfectly! I have referred Chris and Burkhadt to friends and family. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a generator.

Berkheart Air Condition Service is the finest ever. They are expert in their craft, polite and professional. Responsive to any inquiries either by phone, email or in person. On time, considerate with wearing masks, now with Covid-19 issues and super friendly. He has been my favorite service person although all staff have been superb through the entire process of overhauling our 25 year old unit with entire gut out and new equipment back in 2016 after our house flooded. I am appreciative of the high quality service standards kept by the owner Jerry and would recommend them to all who only want the best service experience from personal service to finest equipment. I interviewed several companies while I was making a decision about a provider/installer for a 22KW Generac. By far, Chris Isemann and Burkhardt came out on top. They handled everything and the install and generator commission went flawlessly. Chris is a personable man and very thorough. While some providers spent 10 minutes at my home before giving me a quote, Chris spent well over an hour and certainly inspired my confidence in him and his company.
