Our a/c started operating poorly, so I called Burnside and they sent a technician (Coleman) out on a Sunday who identified the reason for the problem we were experiencing. The following day, a knowledgeable sales associate (Abe) reviewed options with us to solve the problem. Within a few days, we selected a new high efficiency furnace/blower to be installed to stop the coil from freezing up. Technicians Bryce and Hector came out and installed the new air handler in our attic. It was over 100º on the day they changed out our old unit. In spite of the heat, they went right to work. Bryce and Hector completed the job professionally. Our experience underscores how Burnside a/c has caring, knowledgeable, and hard-working staff. Our home is cool once again and I have Burnside, and especially two wonderful installers to thank! Burnside is a company with integrity!
