Was having issues with my HVAC which Burnside was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose. The outcome required a new unit due to non-repairable items which they were able to get me back up and running for the holiday weekend. The turn around for replacing the unit was very quick and the following week were back in business with no worries. Then came my second issue that I had where my water heater had breached the tank causing the thermostat to short out, leaving us with very luke warm water. Burnside came out and help get the unit replaced under warranty and we are back in business again. I highly recommend others to consider them for their great customer service and always looking out for their customers.

I called Saturday pm at 8:05. Answering service said they turn off phones at 8. Told her message on thermostat says heat pump not working - code 434. She said someone would call Sunday morming after 8. No call. No call Monday am. I called and was told someone could come out, but gold star program had expired, but she would discount call. Was never notified gold star had expired. We have been customers for almost 31 years and have had gold star since it started. I think we deserve better customer service than we received!
