Exceptional customer service! We immediately to through to the office and had a tech dispatched same afternoon. Communications was excellent, not only gave us a very precise arrival time but the tech (Cole) even contacted us to tell us he was on his way. Cole carried out exhaustive diagnostics, identified the root cause of the problem, the fix, but also highlighted a number of other issues we were unaware of. The bottom line is we had a very skilled tech spend a full hour checking everything! We were both super impressed! Cole is a credit to your company. It cost me $900 to have the tech blow out a plugged line in the AC drain line and he was here less than 2 hours. This happened to me a couple of years ago and the price was about half the current price. Prices have gone up considerably since before COVID, But when it is 100 degrees outside and you need your AC fixed what can you do?

We had an issue with our AC, and Burnside dispatched Eric out to handle it. We were really impressed with Eric's knowledge, problem solving, and excellent customer service. He quickly resolved my AC issue (clogged drain line) and fixed it fast. I was super happy with Eric's service.
